Service Description

This 4 week group/course is for Women who are looking to enhance their mind/body connection. Join supportive group therapy sessions with like-minded individuals who are also on a journey towards emotional wellness. I will facilitate discussions, exercises, and provide guidance to promote healing and connection. Each week is 90 Minutes in Length. The group runs twice a year. Payment in full is required prior to the first group session.
